Accommodation
The organizing committee of the conference has signed an agreement price with Huaqi Hotel. Representatives who need to book a room are requested to click the "Hotel Reservation" button and fill in the room information (conference staff can reserve the room accordingly). Accommodation expenses are self funded and will be collected by the hotel front desk upon check-in.
Friendly reminder: Due to limited availability, attendees are advised to book their rooms as early as possible. Co living delegates are advised not to choose multiple rooms. If the number of rooms is insufficient, priority will be given to participants who have paid the registration fee in advance.
